What kinds of classes do you offer?
Yes!! Both exercise and heat promote your body’s natural detoxification process. We combine the two for optimal detox benefits. Shake it off and sweat it out!!
Are all classes heated?
We welcome all levels!
Do you offer classes for beginners or advanced practitioners?
Classes are 60 minutes long, with the exception of the Original Hot 90. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to give yourself plenty of time to park, set up your mat, use the restroom, etc.
How long are the classes?
You can book classes online through our website, via MindBody app or by contacting us directly. Walk-ins are welcome if time & space permits, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.
How do I book my first class?
Wear breathable athletic clothing. Make sure you are comfortable and can move around freely. It is hot and you will sweat! No socks or shoes - all classes are practiced barefoot.
What should I wear for class?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, set up your space, and prepare for class. Essentials include:
A yoga mat
A full-length towel
A water bottle
Manduka mats and towels are available for rent or retail. HYSM also offers cold drinks, protein bars and electrolytes for purchase. We have complimentary cold water for refillable bottles. Store your socks, shoes and belongings in the cubbies outside the hot room.
What do I need to Bring?
Hydration: Stay hydrated by drinking water before, during, and after class to enhance your performance and recovery.
Electrolytes: Replenish your body’s spent nutrients due to sweating with your preferred electrolyte products. We love Superieure and CO2 Coconut Water!
Listen to Your Body: Take breaks if you feel lightheaded or overextended. Feel free to rest in Savasana at any point during class.
Stay in the Room: We encourage you to stay in the room throughout the entire class. This is the safest, most effective way for your body to adapt to the heat.
Important Considerations
Adapting to the heated environment can be a challenge at first, but don’t worry—it typically takes about 10 classes to feel comfortable. The rewards of increased flexibility and rejuvenation are worth the effort!

We encourage all students to strive for a regular practice - we have several affordable monthly membership options, depending on how many times a week you plan to take class. We also offer drop-ins and 10 Class Cards. Please email, call or text for current specials and options.

Yes, we provide private and semi-private sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs.
Can I schedule a private session?
Yes, we love to host Yoga & Pilates Parties! We have special rates for groups on 10+. Please email, call or text for details.
Do you offer Group Rates?
We have both men’s and women’s changing areas, but no shower facilities. We offer complimentary shower wipes and an assortment of products to freshen up.
