A beginner’s sequence, accessible for all levels.
The postures are designed to stretch, lengthen and strengthen every muscle. An incredible physical practice that extends beyond a full body workout. Release stress, improve posture, build physical strength and mental toughness.
Every class moves through the same 26 therapeutic postures & 2 breathing exercises.
The room is heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity to warm your muscles and allow you to stretch deeper.
Holding postures in the heat cultivates self-control, determination, concentration and patience.
Your teacher will instruct you through each posture step-by-step.

Inferno Hot Pilates
High Intensity, Low Impact Pilates moves in Tabata style...20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
We will have party lights setting the mood and a killer playlist pumping you up. All the vibes!! This class will kick your butt and you will have a blast!

Inferno Hot Pilates creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. And the results are super fast.
This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.
To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury.
The first 30 minutes focuses on core strength building and glute activation, which is extremely important to release lower back pain and increase energy. Your lower back is under a lot of pressure due of sitting, typing, driving, etc.
The second half of the class focuses on abdominal muscles to tone and shed fat, along with shaping up legs and butt muscles."
Yoga Flow
A feel-good stretchy flow through traditional Hatha Yoga postures.
Build lower body strength and tone your legs & glutes with static holds in a variation of lunges and squats, with the focus on body awareness and proper alignment.
Strengthen your core and trim your waistline with functional movements, stretches and twists.
Improve flexibility as the heat warms your muscles and allows for deeper stretching
