Original Hot 90
Original Hot 90 is a set sequence of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a room heated to 105 degrees & 40% humidity. It was popularized by Bikram Choudhury in the 1970s. While this series is known for its physically demanding nature, it is in fact a Beginners Series! It is accessible to almost anyone and offers a wide range of benefits for the mind, body and soul. Practicing in a heated room can:

Heated Yogalates
Heated Yogalates is a mind-body exercise that requires core stability, strength, and flexibility, and attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability.
Yogalates creates the ultimate best of both worlds. This class focuses on strength, alignment and Pilates pulses, while flowing you through yoga postures, working your entire body to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. The room is heated to 102+ degrees and 30% humidity.
