You’re more active than ever. You just want your body to keep saying yes.
Mornings start stiffer, and it takes longer to warm up for anything.
Your balance isn’t something you take for granted anymore.
You’ve watched friends get sidelined by a fall or an injury, and you’d rather not join them.
You don’t want to give up the things you love, or the people you do them with.
You don’t need to slow down. You need strength, balance and mobility to keep up with your life.
Two heated, low-impact classes, with every move adaptable to your body and your day.
Two Featured Classes
ORIGINAL Hot Yoga
Balance, mobility and focus, one posture at a time
Tight hips, a stiff back, a little less steady on one foot than you used to be? That’s exactly what this class works on.
Ninety minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, always in the same order, in a room heated to 105°F with 40% humidity. Prefer a shorter class? Express 60 covers all 26 postures at a quicker pace.
Because the sequence never changes, you can see your own progress from class to class: a little deeper in a hip opener, a little longer balancing on one leg. That shows up off the mat too, on the court, the trail, and the floor with the grandkids.
You set the pace. Modify any posture, rest whenever you need to, and lie down on your mat anytime. Staying in the room is the goal, not doing every posture.
Come as you are. Leave looser, steadier, and clearer.
INFERNO Hot Pilates
Core, hips and legs, without the pounding
Want to get stronger without workouts that leave your knees and back paying for it? Inferno Hot Pilates builds strength without the pounding.
Sixty minutes at 100°F of high-intensity intervals based on Pilates principles. It’s low impact, so it’s easy on your joints, but it builds real strength where active bodies need it: core, glutes, hips and legs. Those muscles power every lunge, climb, swing and quick step.
One of our members jokingly calls it “prehab.” Expect your heart rate to climb, your legs to shake, and a room full of people cheering each other on. Every move has a modification, and your instructor will help you find yours.
Walk out drenched, energized, and ready for whatever’s next.

FEATURED STORY: MIKE H.
From chronic injuries to feeling quicker on the court.
“I’ve seen a tremendous amount of improvement in flexibility, spine strength, and balance. My reaction time has improved for Pickleball, and I feel a lot quicker on my feet.”
Mike’s experience with Original Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates
What got you into the hot room?
“I have to give credit to my late girlfriend who got me started into hot yoga. I had some chronic injuries, and she thought it would help me avoid surgeries. The one thing I remember about the first class was that it was very hot and humid, and I didn’t last very long before I needed a break.”
What should a first-timer expect?
“I would tell them that they’ll be doing many yoga postures, and to try and follow the teacher’s instructions to the best of their ability. It’s OK to modify the pose if their body can’t do it. They can also expect to get hot and sweaty and will need to bring some water to the class. They will probably need to take a few breaks as needed, but will build up more tolerance to the heat with each class.”
What surprised you about Inferno Hot Pilates?
“I was surprised how good of a workout they were. I really liked how it works the core, hips and legs. I could feel results right away. This class has really helped my hips.”
What’s changed off the mat?
“I’ve seen a tremendous amount of improvement in flexibility, spine strength, and balance. I’ve also noticed an improvement in mood and alertness. My reaction time has improved for Pickleball, and I feel a lot quicker on my feet. I highly recommend this for athletes and non-athletes alike. It will give you a better quality of life.”
WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY
Love this place and the owner is really embracing a healing culture for the studio. It's such a great atmosphere inside of the building and really feels like a sanctuary from the outside world.
If you’re looking for somewhere where you are welcomed with love and then encouraged to do hard things, this is the place to be. The beautiful thing is that if things get too hard, all you have to do is take a personal moment on your towel.
The benefits of Hot Yoga are many faceted, and staying in the classroom during the heat is very beneficial. Your skin IS your largest organ and sweating helps release toxins.
If you want to have better skin, if you want to burn calories, (around 6-800/per hour) this is where you want to be. Remember, DO HARD THINGS DAILY!
-Dr. Ed D
I have been coming to this studio for a few months now and I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is so knowledgeable and really and truly believes in the yoga practice. They are also incredibly encouraging and will believe in you even when you don’t lol.
If you are unsure about hot yoga, just try it out ! It is so much more than just stretching in the heat and you’ve gotta experience it to believe it.
-Kathryn O
My first experience with hot yoga (and with yoga for that matter) was a great one. The place is spotless and smells good. The instructor Laine is super motivating! Laura the owner is super welcoming and encouraging. Love the cold towels they give you at the end of class! Really impressed.
2 WEEKS UNLIMITED · $49 $39
HOW TO GET THE MOST VALUE FROM YOUR TWO WEEKS
Come back as soon as you can. Your first class will challenge you. That’s normal, and it’s exactly the point. Come back the next day or two, while your body is still adapting. Something shifts around the third class: the heat stops being the story, and you start to notice your own progress.
Make a promise to yourself: 2-3 classes a week. Book them ahead and treat them like any appointment you’d never miss, because this one is with yourself. That’s 4-6 classes in your trial, enough to go from “Can I really do this?” to “I can’t wait for my next class.”
Try both. Original Hot Yoga builds focus, flexibility, and mental strength. Inferno Hot Pilates builds power, core strength, and endurance. Together, they’re how you find out what you’re really capable of. If Inferno feels like your class, don’t skip the yoga. Breathing through postures in the heat teaches you something intervals can’t: how to stay calm when everything in you wants to quit.
Notice how you feel throughout the day. Your mind feels quieter. Hard days feel more manageable. You handle pressure instead of letting it handle you. Then you notice your body changing too: you stand taller, your clothes fit differently, and you wake up muscles you didn’t know you had. That’s when most students stop dreading the challenge and start craving it.
Earn credit as you go. Every class during your trial earns $5 toward your membership. Take 6 classes and that’s $30 off. Join by the last day of your trial to use your credit. Every time you show up, you’re investing in yourself, and it pays off.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
Do I need to be flexible, fit, or experienced?
Not at all! Every class is beginner-friendly, all ages and abilities, from Texas State students to Kissing Tree neighbors. Every student started exactly where you are. Flexibility and strength are what you’ll build here, not what you need to walk in. Just come as you are.
Is the heat safe for me? What if I have an injury?
Original Hot Yoga is 90 minutes at 105°F with 40% humidity, and Inferno Hot Pilates is 60 minutes at 100°F. It’s intense, but you’re always in control: rest whenever you need to, sip water, and lie down on your mat anytime.
If you have an injury or health condition that concerns you, check with your doctor before your first class. Once you’re cleared, let your instructor know before class if you might need modifications. If something comes up during class, check in with them afterward.
What should I bring and wear?
Bring a water bottle (refills are complimentary) and wear light, breathable clothes you can sweat in. No mat or towel? Rent one for $3, or both for $5. We also sell mats and towels, plus electrolyte drinks and kombucha for after class.
We have a changing area, complimentary shower wipes, and cubbies in the lobby for your shoes, keys, and phone.
When should I arrive, and where do I park?
Please arrive 10 minutes early, especially for your first class, so we can get you checked in and settled. For your safety, we lock our doors once class begins. Our front desk typically isn’t staffed during class, so there’s no one available to answer the phone or let late arrivals in.
Parking is easy: Park right in front of the studio -or- parallel park along Dutton Drive.
How do I book, and what happens after my trial?
Most students book through the Mindbody app. If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 8 hours before class so another student can plan to take your spot.
Every class you take during your 2-week trial earns $5 toward your membership, so the more you practice, the more you save.
