Two Feature Classes.
Your trial includes both.
ORIGINAL Hot Yoga
The gold standard of Bikram-style hot yoga
Forget what you think you know about yoga. This class has a tough reputation, and it earns it. 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, always in the same order, in a room heated to 105°F. Because the sequence never changes, you can measure your progress every single class.
The vibe is part boot camp, part moving meditation: no music, clear instructions, and a room full of people getting through it together. Finish your first class and you’ll feel like you survived something, because you did.
Expect to build strength, flexibility, balance, and serious mental focus. Tight hips, stiff hamstrings, and a busy mind all get exposed, and that’s exactly why it works.
Most people walk in expecting easy stretching. They walk out realizing it’s one of the most challenging, and empowering, things they’ve done. It isn’t about being good at yoga. It’s about showing up.
Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and stronger.
INFERNO Hot Pilates
Strength, cardio, and endurance in one class
60 minutes at 100°F of high-intensity intervals, bodyweight strength, and core work that finds your weak spots fast. It’s athletic, not about stretching or complicated poses, and definitely not a light class.
Think of it as a party with a purpose: big music, big energy, and a room full of people pushing each other to finish strong.
It’s low-impact, so it’s easier on your joints than running or heavy lifting, but it still builds real, functional strength. The heat adds a stamina challenge, and the group energy keeps you pushing harder and reaching higher.
Expect to build core strength, power, and endurance. Your heart rate climbs, your muscles shake, and somewhere in those last few minutes you find out you had more in you than you thought.
The biggest misconception? That it’s only for a certain type of person. Inferno meets you where you are, then pushes you past it.
Walk out drenched, energized, and stronger every week.
HOW TO GET THE MOST VALUE FROM YOUR TWO WEEKS
Come back as soon as you can. Your first class will challenge you. That’s normal, and it’s exactly the point. Come back the next day or two, while your body is still adapting. Something shifts around the third class: the heat stops being the story, and you start to notice your own progress.
Make a promise to yourself: 3–4 classes a week. Book them ahead and treat them like any appointment you’d never miss, because this one is with yourself. That’s 6–8 classes in your trial, enough to go from “Can I really do this?” to “I can’t wait for my next class.”
Try both. Original Hot Yoga builds focus, flexibility, and mental strength. Inferno Hot Pilates builds power, core strength, and endurance. Together, they’re how you find out what you’re really capable of. If Inferno feels like your class, don’t skip the yoga. Breathing through postures in the heat teaches you something intervals can’t: how to stay calm when everything in you wants to quit.
Notice how you feel throughout the day. Your mind feels quieter. Hard days feel more manageable. You handle pressure instead of letting it handle you. Then you notice your body changing too: you stand taller, your clothes fit differently, and you wake up muscles you didn’t know you had. That’s when most students stop dreading the challenge and start craving it.
Earn credit as you go. Every class during your trial earns $5 toward your membership. Take 8 classes and that’s $40 off. Join by the last day of your trial to use your credit. Every time you show up, you’re investing in yourself, and it pays off.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
Do I need to be flexible, fit, or experienced?
Not at all! Every class is beginner-friendly, and every student started exactly where you are. Flexibility and strength are what you’ll build here, not what you need to walk in. Just come as you are.
Is the heat safe for me? What if I have an injury?
Original Hot Yoga is 90 minutes at 105°F with 40% humidity, and Inferno Hot Pilates is 60 minutes at 100°F. It’s intense, but you’re always in control: rest whenever you need to, sip water, and lie down on your mat anytime.
If you have an injury or health condition that concerns you, check with your doctor before your first class. Once you’re cleared, let your instructor know before class if you might need modifications. If something comes up during class, check in with them afterward.
What should I bring and wear?
Bring a water bottle (refills are complimentary) and wear light, breathable clothes you can sweat in. No mat or towel? Rent one for $3, or both for $5. We also sell mats and towels, plus electrolyte drinks and kombucha for after class.
We have a changing area, complimentary shower wipes, and cubbies in the lobby for your shoes, keys, and phone.
When should I arrive, and where do I park?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first class, so we can get you checked in and settled. For your safety, we lock our doors once class begins. Our front desk typically isn’t staffed during class, so there’s no one available to answer the phone or let late arrivals in.
Parking is easy: you can always parallel park along Dutton Drive.
How do I book, and what happens after my trial?
Most students book through the Mindbody app. If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 8 hours before class so another student can plan to take your spot.
Every class you take during your 2-week trial earns $5 toward your first 4 weeks of membership, so the more you come, the more you save.
