🔥 Inferno Hot Pilates 🔥
Frequently Asked Questions
❓What is Inferno Hot Pilates?
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a high-intensity, low-impact workout based on Pilates principles. It's done in a heated room (~99°F), combining cardio intervals with core-focused movements to strengthen, tone, and boost endurance — all without stressing the joints.
❓Do I need Pilates experience to take this class?
No experience necessary! IHP is beginner-friendly. The instructor will demonstrate modifications for all levels, so you can practice at your own pace and build strength safely.
❓How hot does the room get?
The room is heated to approximately 99°F with controlled humidity. It's warm enough to help muscles stay loose and encourage sweat, but not as hot as Bikram-style yoga classes.
❓What should I bring?
A yoga mat
A full-length towel (you’ll sweat!)
Water bottle (and/or electrolytes)
Lightweight workout clothes
Manduka towels and mats are available for rent — $3 each or $5 for the set
❓How is this different from regular Pilates?
IHP is fast-paced and cardio-based, designed to raise your heart rate while strengthening muscles. Traditional mat Pilates is slower and more focused on precision and alignment. Both are great — IHP just turns up the heat (literally and figuratively!).
❓Is it safe for my joints?
Yes! IHP is low-impact, which means it’s easy on the knees, hips, and spine. No jumping on hard surfaces — just smart, bodyweight-based training.
❓What results can I expect?
With consistent practice, many students see:
Stronger core and toned muscles
Increased endurance and energy
Fat loss and improved body composition
Boosted confidence and mental focus
❓How often should I take class?
We recommend starting with 2 classes per week to see and feel the benefits. You can always add more as your strength and stamina build.
